Every conversation is different — a conversation can take many forms: a debate, a negotiation, a medical consultation, a tutorial, a customer service request — precisely because the goal is not always the same, the rules of engagement change, and the ways things can go wrong change too.
At Aligned Conversations we do not focus solely on the AI agent, nor the user experience. We work holistically. We optimise for the conversation as a whole — not its participants separately.
